(Las Vegas, NV) -- Boxing fans will focus on Sin City this weekend, where Floyd Mayweather Junior and Marcos Maidana will square off in a unification match known as "The Moment." The two fighters appeared yesterday for their final news conference before Saturday's event at the MGM Grand. Mayweather is the undefeated WBC welterweight champ with 45 victories. Maidana, who's the champ of the WBA, comes in with a 35-and-3 record. The Nevada Athletic Commission says Mayweather will make 32-million dollars for Saturday's fight, while the Argentine native's payday will be considerably less at one-point-five million dollars. Promoters say the live gate will top 15-million dollars, the fourth-highest in boxing history. The Mayweather-Maidana match will be shown on pay-per-view.
