(Boston, MA) -- There's a new development in the Boston Marathon bombing case. A federal judge is giving the defense more time to make the case that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's trial should be moved to Washington, DC. The judge gave the defense until August 7th to make the case for a change of venue. The "Boston Herald" reports the defense says they have an expert looking at polling information that shows potential jurors in Massachusetts are more likely to convict Tsarnaev because of the intense media coverage of the case. The 2013 bombings killed three and wounded more than 250 people. If convicted Tsarnaev could be sentenced to death. The trial is slated to begin on November 3rd.
