SeaWorld Launches Campaign Against "Blackfish" Documentary

(San Antonio, TX) -- SeaWorld is launching a campaign against a documentary criticizing their treatment of killer whales. Park officials say the "Blackfish" documentary makes it appear SeaWorld is still collecting whales from the wild, which they haven't done for 35 years. SeaWorld also says it doesn't separate killer whale moms and calves unless it's to maintain a healthy social structure. They also call "Blackfish" a propaganda film, not a documentary. "Blackfish" was released last year and has caused performers like Willie Nelson, Heart and Trace Adkins to cancel concerts at the parks.
