(Undated) -- Food trucks are serving up meals that often top restaurant quality. A study of food inspection reports from seven major U.S. cities also finds the rolling eateries are safer on average than restaurants. Researchers at the Institute for Justice noted the surprising trend after reviewing food safety reports in Boston, Los Angeles, Louisville, Miami, Seattle and Washington, DC. The study focused on cities where food trucks and restaurants operate under the same rules and health guidelines.
