Receptionist / Traffic Assistant

Salem Communications is a leading broadcaster of religious programming and informative talk. We are currently seeking an organized, professional and enthusiastic Traffic Coordinator/Receptionist to support our KKNT/KPXQ/KXXT radio staff. This is a full time position with excellent benefits.
Duties include but are not limited to entering National, Network and Streaming contracts as well and continuity for our 3 radio stations. Reconciliation of daily program logs, weekly online affidavits and daily bank deposits. This very positive and upbeat person will answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff, meet and greet our visitors and clients, process incoming faxes and outgoing mail, maintain copy, mail and fax machines including ordering necessary supplies.
- Previous media traffic experience is required. Wide Orbit experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines are necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Dynamic, friendly attitude, team oriented and flexible
- Organized, efficient and detail-oriented
