960 The Patriot and Duxiana Beds present Constitution Under Fire, June 4th at 6 pm at the Arizona Biltmore. If you are frustrated with this administration trampling all over the constitution, you must join us for this event! We will break down the insanity of these scandals in an evening of debate and discussion including the IRS invasion, the DOJ's blatant abuse of power, and the shameful cover up of Benghazi. The first half of the evening will be a lively discussion hosted by 960 The Patriot talk show host Hugh Hewitt featuring former Arizona Congressman, The Honorable John Shadegg, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery, Claremont Fellow and 960 host Seth Leibsohn and host of Liberty Storm Shane Krauser. The second half of the evening, "The Great One" Mark Levin, will be channeled into the venue LIVE via satellite from his bunker. As one of America's preeminent conservative commentators and constitutional lawyers, Mark will bring his passion and insight to the event with an interactive exchange from the audience during a Q&A session.  Hugh Hewitt |
Hugh Hewitt is a constitutional lawyer, law professor and broadcast journalist whose nationally syndicated radio show is heard in more than 169 cities. Hewitt is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Michigan Law School, and teaches Constitutional Law at Chapman University Law School. Hewitt has been a frequent guest on CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC, and has written for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and the Los Angeles Times. He has received three Emmy's for his broadcast journalism and is the author of a dozen books, including two New York Times best-sellers. |

Mark Levin is one of America's preeminent conmmentators and constitutional lawyers. He's in great demand as a political and legal commentator, and has appeared on hundreds of television and radio programs. Levin is also a contributing editor for National Review Online, and writes frequently for other publications. Levin has served as a top advisor to several members of President Ronald Reagan's Cabinet, including as Chief of Staff to the Attorney General of the United States. In 2001, the American Conservative Union named Levin the recipient of the prestigious Ronald Reagan Award. He currently practices law in the private sector, heading up the prestigious Landmark Legal Foundation in Washington D.C.

John Shadegg was elected to Congress as part of the Republican Revolution in 1994 and represented the 3rd Congressional District of Arizona. Shadegg established himself as a leader in that class and has continued to hold fast to the principles of freedom and limited government. During his tenure, he served as the chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee, the fifth-ranking position in the House leadership. |
 Bill Montgomery |
Bill Montgomery was first elected Maricopa County Attorney in a Special Election in 2010 and re-elected in 2012 on a pledge to fight crime, honor victims’ rights, and protect and strengthen our community. As a West Point Graduate, decorated Gulf War Veteran, former Deputy County Attorney and a professional prosecutor, he has dedicated his personal and professional life to serving others. Bill earned his J.D. from ASU’s College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving the Order of the Coif. As a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, he quickly gained a reputation as an aggressive prosecutor, later serving as a Bureau Chief of the Auto Theft Bureau, which recorded a 35% drop in auto theft under his leadership. |

Seth was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a nationally known expert on politics, policy, and communications; a speechwriter to political candidates; the former Chief of Staff to former Education Secretary Bill Bennett; co-author with Bill Bennett of a national best seller on terrorism (The Fight of our Lives); the former Friday host of the nationally syndicated Bill Bennett’s Morning in America; a Senior Fellow with the Claremont Institute; and the President of the consulting firm The Leibsohn Group. |

Liberty Storm’s host, Shane Krauser, is the Director of The American Academy for Constitutional Education, an adjunct professor of constitutional law, an experienced trial attorney and a partner with the law firm of Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, and a certified NRA firearms instructor. Mr. Krauser is a national speaker, as well as the author of Your Nation to Save, a book which discusses the Constitution line-by-line. Mr. Krauser did his undergraduate work at Arizona State University and received his law degree (JD) from the University of Utah.
