Jimmy Carter Volunteers to Negotiate End to North Korea Crisis

Former President Jimmy Carter seems to think that he can save the day when it comes to North Korea.
Carter said in a recent New York Times interview that he let National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster know that he is willing to go to North Korea to negotiate an end to the crisis with the regime of Kim Jong-un.
Carter cited Kim’s unpredictability as a reason, adding that North Korea just wants to “save their regime.”
As PJ Media reports, Carter is no stranger to North Korea. In 1994, he angered then-president Bill Clinton by going to North Korea to negotiate a nuclear deal.
According to many former Clinton administration officials, Carter "exceeded his instructions" and tied the U.S. to a horrible deal.
