A Prayer for Protection and Discernment Against Paranormal Practices

Crosswalk Video

By Whitney Hopler, Crosswalk.com

From tarot cards and fortune-telling to attempts to communicate with the dead, paranormal practices can appeal to people seeking answers, reassurance, or control over the future. Whitney Hopler examines Deuteronomy 18:10–12 and the Bible's warnings against divination and consulting mediums. Discover why Christians are encouraged to seek God's wisdom rather than alternative sources of spiritual guidance, and pray for discernment, forgiveness, and renewed trust in the Lord.
