The University of Notre Dame invited Vice President Mike Pence to give the commencement speech at this year’s graduation.

That outraged “snowflake” students who are now leading a campaign against his invitation saying it makes them “feel unsafe.”

The National Review reports the “Not My Commencement Speaker” campaign has students protesting Pence for being “racist, sexist, homophobic, and xenophobic.”

Unable to cite any specifics, one of the organizers stated, “I know…he has made offensive statements towards minority groups.”

As the National Review notes, Pence isn’t going to literally endanger anyone by delivering a commencement speech.

It appears to be another attack on conservative speakers and free speech by students who equate words with actual physical violence.
