Elizabeth Warren: I Couldn’t Follow Alan Dershowitz’s ‘Nonsensical’ Argument

On Monday, Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus and Trump legal team member Alan Dershowitz was praised for how he broke down why the two articles of impeachment — abuse of power and obstruction of Congress — fall “outside the range of impeachable offenses.”

But, as Breitbart reports, he didn’t impress Democrat presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren who branded his remarks as “nonsensical.”

Among other issues, Dershowitz argued that the Democrats charges against Trump are outside the range of impeachable offenses.”

Warren shot back “His characterization of the law simply is unsupported.”

She called his whole presentation “just nonsensical,” adding “I truly could not follow it.”
