Writing a letter to a loved one, and explaining the lack of God in the world.

Watch 9 year-old Clara Mae and friends sing a beautiful cover of “King of Kings” by Hillsong Worship from their album “Awake”. This video was set to be filmed a year ago when the pandemic suddenly shut down production. Clara worked with friends from Rise Up Children’s Choir and a great team to record the song, but then recorded it again a year later, in a time that is now feeling more hopeful! It has truly been a beautiful labor of love to finally get to release this incredible song. She hopes it will reach many with a message that brings joy and peace.

Clara Mae is 9 years old and is in 3rd grade. She has 3 siblings. She loves to sing and has been performing the National Anthem since she was 3 years old! She has had incredible opportunities to sing on digital platforms in the last year to bring light into a difficult year, and was fortunate enough to still film 4 new music videos with some incredible musicians. She is excited to be back in front of an audience playing the role of Young Elsa in Frozen Jr. this month and to sing for other live events coming soon!

Clara loves BMX racing, dance and acting, but singing has always been her first love. She works very hard to grow as a musician and thanks God for the music she gets to sing. She hopes to bring more light and love into the world through music, and was very honored to receive the American Legion Auxiliary Youth Good Deed Award this year for her service in her community.

She also loved partnering with a non-profit called Nurturing Nations who helps children in slavery and made a video singing Josh Groban’s “Thankful” with The Piano Gal to raise awareness for this very worthy cause. Watch here: https://youtu.be/HN5v_WFuvbo​
