Casting Crowns Moving 'Who Am I' Live Performance

Listen to this moving live performance from Casting Crowns of their song ‘Who Am I.’

‘Who am I that the Lord of all the earth

Would care to know my name, would care to feel my hurt

And who am I that the bright and morning star

Would choose to light the way for my ever wandering heart’

What a wonderful performance of this great song! The video was recorded at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. The packed audience is singing along with the band members, and it is a powerful moment of worship. Many people online were also touched by the performance and shared their thoughts.

“This song is absolutely beautiful and touches my heart so deeply. I love it. Praise God!” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video.

“Casting Crowns has been my favorite band since they debuted their first album. The lyrics pierce my heart every time,” writes another person online.

According to Mark Hall, the lead singer of Casting Crowns, the idea of this song came about when he was having a personal time of worship on his drive home with his wife and children one night. He wondered, “Who am I to think I can just call up to God whenever I want, from the middle of nowhere, and expect Him to hear me?" Mark Hall went on to say, "immediately I started thinking I'm a new creation, I'm more than a conqueror... I'm [also] grass, that rises up and is gone in a day".

The lyrics of ‘Who Am I’ truly magnify the Gospel. In the song, Casting Crowns takes no credit for their life but gives it all to God, glorifying Him. What a great reminder for us all.

Lovely 'Precious Lord, Take My Hand' Duet Captivates

‘Precious Lord, take my hand, lead me on, let me stand,

I am tired, I am weak, I am worn;

Through the storm, through the night,

Lead me on to the light’

What a beautiful cover of this lovely hymn! The woman singing the melody in this video is Angie Sutherland, and the other woman singing the harmony is her cousin, Heather. They sound so wonderful together!

“Got to visit my cousin Heather and her precious family,” writes Angie in the caption of her YouTube video. “I love my family so much. I have missed getting to sing with her. It seems like it’s been so long.”

Angie is from a small town in West Virginia, and she loves to praise the Lord. And when she shares her videos online, she uplifts and encourages those who watch them with her lovely covers of classic hymns.

“Oh, man. Praise the Lord. This blessed me,” comments one person online after watching the video on YouTube. “I know it's gonna bless others. Thank you, Ms. Heather and Ms. Angie.”

“You two harmonize superbly! Love it,” writes another person online.

As for ‘Precious Lord, Take My Hand,’ the author of this hymn was Thomas Andrew Dorsey. He was known as the “Father of Black Gospel Music” and combined African American church hymns such as those by Methodist minister Charles A. Tindley, with blues and jazz.

Although he had hundreds of jazz and blues songs to his credit, Dorsey turned to gospel music and wrote ‘Precious Lord, Take My Hand’ in Chicago in 1932 following the tragic death of his wife Nettie and infant son during childbirth. This is one hymn that has been recorded many times over the years by famous singers, including Elvis Presley, Mahalia Jackson, Roy Rogers, and Tennessee Ernie Ford. President Lyndon B. Johnson even requested the hymn to be sung at his funeral.

Gaither Vocal Band Moving 'Yes, I Know' Live Performance

Listen to this moving live performance from the Gaither Vocal Band of the hymn ‘Yes, I Know.’

‘Come ye sinners, lost and lonely

Jesus blood can make you free

For He saved the worst among you

When He saved a wretch like me’

What a great song reminding us how Jesus can save anyone, even the worst sinners. The message of redemption and assurance fills the song, offering listeners the promise of forgiveness and new life when they turn to Christ. And listening to all the voices in this video sing out the truth in ‘Yes, I Know’ is very heartwarming.

“Praise you Father that there's nothing we can do that you can't whitewash,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video.

“Wonderful song. It blesses me each time I listen,” another person writes online.

The song ‘Yes, I Know’ was written by Anna W. Waterman in 1920, and in 1995, Gaither Vocal Band released their version of the song as part of their album Southern Classics, Volume II.

The wonderful voices of the vocal group, which included Bill Gaither, Reggie Smith, Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, and Todd Suttles, contributed to the popularity of the release of ‘Yes, I Know.’ However, the meaning behind the song is also to be highlighted, which captures people’s interest.

‘Yes, I Know’ is a simple song with an unwavering message of hope. The lyrics serve as a reminder that we are never alone and can overcome any obstacle with the help of God. And that is the type of encouragement everyone needs, especially during life’s challenges. We hope you enjoyed listening to ‘Yes, I Know’ from the Gaither Vocal Band today!

Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

Anne Wilson Captivates with Her Emotional 'Amazing Grace' Rendition

Check out this emotional rendition of the beloved hymn ‘Amazing Grace’ from signer Anne Wilson.

‘Amazing grace, how sweet the sound

That saved a wretch like me

I once was lost, but now I'm found

Was blind but now I see’

What a beautiful version of this classic hymn. Anne’s powerful voice has such a full and warm sound to it, and listening to her sing these lyrics is wonderful to hear.

“I have chills and goosebumps from hearing this version,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video. “Your range and emotion that comes out is just inspiring.”

“You’re such an inspiration Anne!” another person writes online. “God has given you such an amazing gift for sharing his word through your music!”

Anne shares in the caption of this video that ‘Amazing Grace’ is one of her all-time favorite hymns. And there is a reason the hymn 'Amazing Grace' remains a favorite hymn for so many people. The powerful lyrics remind us that because of Jesus, none of us are ever lost because God is with us always.

The author of this hymn is John Newton. He wrote this song after safely landing in Donegal, Ireland, after being caught in a storm at sea. This safe arrival would mark the start of his return to Christianity.

Up until the point of coming to Ireland, John Newton was involved in the Slave Trade. In 1748, Newton traveled from Africa to Liverpool and got caught up in an awful storm. The weather conditions were so severe that Newton called out to God, asking for mercy. The ship safely reached Ireland, which marked the beginning of John Newton’s spiritual conversion. He started to read the Bible, got out of the Slave Trade, became an Anglican Priest, and wrote many hymns, including ‘Amazing Grace.’

We hope that you enjoyed listening to Anne Wilson’s rendition of ‘Amazing Grace’ today!

'I Need Thee Every Hour' Gets a Beautiful Cover by Talented Young Woman

Prepare to hear the voice of an absolute angel. ‘I Need Thee Every Hour’ gets a beautiful cover by a talented young woman.

Sitting in her room, this young woman plays a stunning guitar intro. Then, she starts to sing, and it will bless your heart. Her voice is pure and precious. It is easy to listen to, and you want to hear more. She finesses the lyrics wonderfully and has such a peaceful and joyful presence.

This young woman’s name is Hannah D. She has such a classic and inviting tone. It makes you want to sing along with her in the choruses. She has a calming underscore with her guitar strumming pattern. You feel very prayerful as she sings, thinking about how we need our Savior every hour. We never go a moment without needing Jesus. He is always with us, and we can rejoice in this together with Hannah.

Her vocal interludes are especially delightful. You do not know what she will do next, and she leaves you excited and relaxed in the presence of God. Her style is almost like that of a romantic musical era. It is so wonderful, and you never want the song to actually end.

The chorus of this classic song says:

‘I need Thee, oh, I need Thee;

Ev'ry hour I need Thee;’

As you listen to this peaceful rendition of this timeless hymn, be reminded that whatever is chaotic or going on in your life, Jesus sees you, and He is waiting for open arms to care for you like a shepherd cares for his sheep.

“I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me—just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep.” John 10:14-15

Man's Stunning A Cappella Cover of 'The Lily of the Valley'

One young man turned in a stunning and awe-inspiring a cappella cover of the beloved hymn "The Lily of the Valley."

Many in the world are lost, crying and reaching out for some hope, even the tiniest glimmer. They desperately need and want something or someone in which to place their hope and faith. Many of those individuals are experiencing hurt or struggling and badly want it to stop. The world is a lost and fallen place.

There is one who can do all of that and much more than we could possibly ever imagine. Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world who has been sent to forgive sins and save humanity from an eternity of pain and anguish. But He is also capable of much more, caring and providing for our every need in this life.

The classic, timeless hymn "The Lily of the Valley" mentions all the ways that Jesus Christ can and will assist us in our daily lives. Yes, He is willing and able to answer our prayers for forgiveness, but He wants to and will do so much more in our lives. In a clip posted on YouTube, one young man beautifully performs this hymn, reminding us of how Jesus Christ touches and blesses our lives.

The young man's vocal performance is spectacular. It's a beautiful rendition of that hymn loved by many that shows the power and capability of the human voice. It's a lovely performance and one that you're likely to return to on multiple occasions.

But the song's lyrics are even more stunning than the young man's vocal performance. There is nothing that Jesus Christ can and won't do in our lives, and this hymn perfectly describes it all. There isn't a need that we could have that Christ is not capable of fulfilling or meeting.

Praise His excellent name!

Philippians 4:19 "And my God will give you all you have need of from the wealth of his glory in Christ Jesus."

Confess With My Mouth

I’m excited to share with you a song that I created using AI which aims to captures the heart of the Gospel message —“Confess with My Mouth.” This song tells the story of a soul redeemed, a life transformed by the saving power of Jesus. 💬 The lyrics have been inspired by Romans 10:9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. This is the promise of the Gospel—freedom from sin, the breaking of chains, and the assurance of eternal life through faith in Christ. 🎵 As you listen, I pray that these words will touch your heart and draw you closer to the Savior who loves you more than you can imagine. Whether you’re walking in faith or seeking answers, this song is for you. If you feel led, I encourage you to share this song with others. Let’s spread the message of God’s amazing grace far and wide. Together, we can shine His light in the darkest places and offer hope to the weary and lost world. My hope is this song give glory to the One who redeems, restores and renews.

Anthony Evans' Stunning Rendition of 'Wonderful, Merciful Savior'

One musically gifted young man, Anthony Evans, turned in an absolutely stunning rendition of the beloved song “Wonderful, Merciful Savior.”

No one is perfect. Everyone has failures and flaws and has made their fair share of errors and mistakes. We are all very far from perfection and will never reach it. The Bible states that we are all sinners, having fallen short of the glory of God.

However, even though we are sinners, God still loved us enough to send His one and only Son to Earth. His son, Jesus Christ, would willingly go to the cross, suffering a horrible, agonizing and brutal death. He suffered and died, taking our place so we might be forgiven and experience everlasting life with Him one day.

Because of Christ’s actions on the cross, we have hope. He did what no one else could do, fulfilling a debt that we will never be able to repay. Why did He do all of that, go through all the hurt, pain and humiliation? He did it because His love, mercy and grace are greater than all our sins.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Anthony powerfully and masterfully sings, “Wonderful, Merciful Savior.” It’s a beautifully written song about Christ’s sacrifice on the cross, which correctly praises and worships the one who came to save the world from their sins.

The song’s opening verse perfectly captures how Christ’s death changed everything for everyone, offering all humanity a chance and hope.

“Precious Redeemer and Friend

Who would have thought that a Lamb

Could rescue the souls of men

Oh, You rescue the souls of men”

Anthony’s stunning vocal performance and the powerful lyrics are enough to make even the most stoic person emotional. How could you ever listen to this song and not shed a few tears? Christ went through all that for you and me; because of it, we can be forgiven and spend eternity in heaven.

1 John 4:14 “And we have seen and give witness that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.”

Lauren Daigle's Dazzling Acoustic 'Thank God I Do' Live Performance

Lauren Daigle, an incredibly talented musician and one of the biggest names in Christian music, turned in a dazzling live acoustic performance of her hit song “Thank God I Do.”

Life can be a painful and heartbreaking experience. Hurt, grief and sorrow will visit all of us at one time or another, usually and unfortunately, on multiple occasions. Life is very rarely fair, often dealing some people more than their fair share of hurt and struggles.

But there is hope through all the pain, hurt, loss and grief. Jesus Christ offers the hurt and weary comfort, healing and rest. He gives joy to the brokenhearted and hope to the oppressed. Not everything in life will be a happy, joyful experience, but if we know and cling to Him, we can and will make it through every situation.

In a video posted on social media, Lauren performs her tune “Thank God I Do,” which is about this very thing. She sings that she has recently gone through a dark period, a struggle in life, but knowing Him made all the difference. He was able to pull her through and provide her comfort during that circumstance.

The song’s beautiful chorus makes it clear that Lauren understands that she would not be who or where she is without God’s love, guidance, direction and protection. He kept her in His hand and watched over her when she needed Him the most.

“I don’t know who I’d be if I didn’t know You

I’d probably fall off the edge

I don’t know where I’d go if You ever let go

So keep me held in Your hands.”

This is a song that is likely to speak to many. Everyone has found themselves in a position in which they were overwhelmed, questioning whether they could make it through when God came in and made a way.

Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and take heart, and have no fear of them: for it is the Lord your God who is going with you; he will not take away his help from you.”

Celtic Thunder Delivers a Soul-Stirring 'Amazing Grace' Performance

The incredibly talented members of Celtic Thunder delivered a beautiful and soul-stirring performance of the most beloved hymn of all time, “Amazing Grace.”

Churches play various songs during the praise and worship portion of their Sunday morning service. Anyone who has attended a place of worship for any amount of time can easily rattle off several of the songs typically sung in church. Some will be your favorites, while others are some that you would rather not hear or sing ever again.

Regardless of personal preference, all those tunes are beautifully written and usually about Christ’s love, forgiveness, faithfulness and mercy. There are also many songs about the hope we have in Jesus Christ. But no matter the song a praise and worship team may perform, there is one that will never be topped: “Amazing Grace.”

The hymn’s lyrics accurately capture a feeling and a place where we’ve all found ourselves at one time. We are all sinners lost, but because of the grace of God and Christ’s love, we have been found. And after accepting Christ’s gift of forgiveness and eternal salvation, our eyes are now open. We are not and will never do anything to be worthy of God’s love and forgiveness.

Simply put, “Amazing Grace” is a timeless classic that has been played and performed hundreds and thousands of times. In a clip posted on YouTube, the guys from Celtic Thunder use their considerable musical talents to beautifully perform the classic church hymn.

Like their other performances, their rendition of “Amazing Grace” is spectacular. This cover of “Amazing Grace,” by some world-class vocalists, is one that you are likely to return to repeatedly.

That opening verse, while so simple, is incredibly powerful. It’s one that everyone likely knows by heart, but it will still move you to tears as if it’s the first time you’ve ever heard those words performed.

Ephesians 2:8 “Because by grace you have salvation through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is given by God:”
