Ben Fuller Shares the Heart Behind His New Album 'Walk Through Fire'

From a Vermont dairy farm to the Grand Ole Opry stage, Ben Fuller’s journey has been anything but ordinary. In this powerful interview with Brandon Woolum, Ben opens up about the deeply personal stories behind his brand new album 'Walk Through Fire', how his duet with Carrie Underwood came together, what it means to write songs that reach the broken, and more.

Beloved Worship Song ‘10,000 Reasons’ Receives a Stunning Rendition

I have to tell you what I just watched. What I just felt as I listened to a beloved worship song ‘10,000 Reasons’ as it received a stunning rendition that will stop you in your tracks. It is the most moving, soul-stirring version I have ever heard.

Have you ever heard of worship being sung over a deep rich bass guitar with voices so incredible you stop folding laundry mid-sock? It felt like the world tilted, and God was present. The music video is by the worship team called Scenery Strains Cebu.

They were set up outside the San Roque Parish in Lutac, City of Naga, Cebu, nestled in the breathtaking hills of the Philippines, where the sun rises like a benediction and the palm trees sway like hands lifted in praise. The video captured footage of all over the island and reminded me how the layers of green, views of the ocean, and with the church behind them, it was like God’s own cathedral!

“Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me, Let me be singing when the evening comes…”

And oh, how they sang.

I could barely breathe by the time they got to, “Still my soul will sing Your praise unending…”

Because isn’t that what we want? To be the kind of people who keep singing — even after the diagnosis, the loss, the unanswered prayers. To still lift our voices from the ashes and believe there's something holy in the breaking.

And right there — in the middle of mango trees and gravel and the open sky — that’s exactly what they did.

It felt like the song wrapped its arms around you and whispered, “It’s okay. God’s still worthy. You can still bless His name.”

I wanted to climb inside that moment and stay awhile. And you know what? Maybe we can. Maybe every time we remember that we have even one reason to bless the Lord — let alone 10,000 — we return to this scene in Cebu and let our souls sing again.

So go ahead, sweet friend. Watch the video. Let it wash over you.

You might cry. You probably will. But you’ll also remember what hope sounds like.

And hope sounds a lot like a deep bass guitar, a handful of faithful voices, and a hillside in Cebu singing “Bless the Lord, O my soul.”

“Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day.” Psalm 96:1-2

Child’s Tender ‘Amazing Grace’ Rendition Melts Hearts Everywhere

Check out this tender rendition of the hymn ‘Amazing Grace’ from one talented 4-year-old boy. The piano player in the video is Nicholas Protsenko, and he is bringing joy and inspiration to the streets with his heartfelt performance of this beloved song. His voice full of sincerity and innocence moved everyone around him.

‘Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost, but now I'm found,
Was blind, but now I see.’

While talented little Nicholas is playing the piano and singing ‘Amazing Grace’, his mother, Ella, is recording a video of him. And many other people who stop to watch the musical show are also taking videos of the small musician – they are all so amazed by his talent!

“I’m so proud of my little brother!” writes Karolina Protsenko on YouTube, the older sister of Nicholas. “Watching him sing ‘Amazing Grace’ with so much heart brought tears to my eyes.
Keep shining, Nicholas. You’re already touching people’s hearts with your music.”

Nicholas is part of the talented Protsenko family, where everyone has a deep love for one another and music. Karolina, the oldest of her siblings, is a talented young musician who plays violin, sings, and also loves to read and bake. Leo is known to pick up any instrument and sing along whenever he hears the music. He’s also very good at playing piano. Nicholas, the youngest of the bunch, also plays piano and uses his voice to add music to the family.

When it comes to ‘Amazing Grace,’ the author of the hymn is John Newton. He wrote the song after safely landing in Donegal, Ireland, after being caught in a storm at sea. This safe arrival would mark the start of his return to Christianity.

Up until the point of coming to Ireland, John Newton was involved in the Slave Trade. In 1748, Newton was traveling from Africa to Liverpool and got caught up in an awful storm. The weather conditions were so severe that Newton called out to God, asking for mercy. The ship safely reached Ireland, and that event marked the beginning of John Newton’s spiritual conversion. He started to read the Bible, got out of the Slave Trade, became an Anglican Priest, and ended up writing many hymns, including ‘Amazing Grace.’

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this heartwarming rendition of ‘Amazing Grace’ from Nicholas Protsenko today!

Vocal Group Delivers Heavenly Rendition of ‘In The Garden’

Check out this talented vocal group deliver a beautiful rendition of the hymn ‘In The Garden.’ The singers in the video are part of a group called Harmony Souls, and all of their voices sound so wonderful together! The way they blend their voices and harmonize with each other sounds so peaceful and heavenly.

‘I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses
And the voice I hear, falling on my ear, the Son of God discloses
And He walks with me, and He talks with me, and He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there, none other has ever known’

What a great performance from Harmony Souls of this beloved hymn! In the caption of the video, Harmony Souls describes ‘In The Garden’ as a hymn that “reflects on a personal, intimate relationship with God, often described as a peaceful and contemplative walk with Jesus in a garden setting, symbolising spiritual connection and devotion.”

‘In The Garden’ is one song that has been popular for generations. It is almost impossible to find it omitted from any standar hymnal, and more than a million recordings and printed copies of it have been sold.

The man who wrote this beloved hymn was C. Austin Miles. He had attended the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and the University of Pennsylvania to become a pharmacist, but he abandoned that career in 1892 when he wrote his first Gospel song.

He said of himself, "It is as a writer of gospel songs I am proud to be known, for in that way I may be of the most use to my master, whom I serve willingly although not as efficiently as is my desire."

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this rendition of ‘In The Garden’ from Harmony Souls today!

‘Hallelujah’ Meets ‘You Raise Me Up’ in This Powerful Mashup Performance

Check out this beautiful mashup performance of the popular songs ‘Hallelujah’ and ‘You Raise Me Up.’ The piano player starts off playing in a stunning cathedral and then the talented singers use their voices to fill the space. These two timeless anthems bring hope and reflection, and the singers in the video reimagined the songs in a soaring operatic mashup.

‘When I am down and, oh, my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then I am still and wait here in the silence
Until You come and sit awhile with me’

The talented group in this music video is called The Diamond Baritones, and they hit it out of the park with this performance! Hearing all of their voices blend together was just heavenly. The group shares a little about their mashup in the caption of their YouTube video.

“From Leonard Cohen’s poetic vulnerability to the uplifting power of Josh Groban’s beloved rendition, these songs have resonated deeply with audiences around the world,” the group writes. “We’ve brought them together in a heartfelt tribute that blends classical vocals with cinematic orchestration. We hope our interpretation moves you as much as these songs have moved us.”

As for the background of The Diamond Baritones, the members met singing next to each other on the grand stage of André Rieu. They all share a passion for crossing classical technique with other types of music, and they love bringing their powerful harmonies and unforgettable performances to fans nationwide.

“I'm in tears of delightful joy hearing the song,” shares one person on YouTube after watching their music video. “Thanks and God bless.”

“Beautifully arranged and performed, love it!” another person writes online.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this powerful baritone mashup of ‘Hallelujah’ and ‘You Raise Me Up’ today!

‘Goodness of God’ Shines in Beautiful Duet Performance

Jenn Johnson and Bethel Music’s ‘Goodness of God’ shines in a beautiful duet performance by Shamma and Shalom of Believer’s Fellowship. Watch the clip to be floored by their humble act of praise.

Across 7 minutes, sisters Shamma and Shalom Mahtani pour out their music to God as they sing “Goodness of God.” One sister plays the guitar as the other plays piano. As they both sing the meaningful lyrics, a drummer keeps them on track. During their performance of the worship song, some of the crowd raise their hands in praise and Shamma and Shalom’s voices blend together to give the song grace and beauty. They display talent as they harmonize and play their instruments.

‘Goodness of God’ would have any believer praising, as it’s a song that brings a believer’s personal experience to life as they see and understand God is at work. Some of the lyrics are:

‘And all my life You have been faithful
And all my life You have been so, so good
With every breath that I am able
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God’

The sisters’ performance isn’t bold, big, and flashy. It doesn’t boast a stage with a large choir. They wear simple clothes and dive right into the song without dramatizing it or drawing attention to themselves. It’s a humble show of worship to God that truly shines in a beautiful way. Their cover of the song truly gives meaning to the lyrics of the song and lets its message beam—that God is a good God and father, and he wants the best for his children. He and his goodness chases after us and he never fails us even when it's hard to find hope. He recognizes our faithfulness.

“The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.” Nahum 1:7

Ben Fuller’s Acoustic ‘Turn’ Is a Stirring Testimony in Song

Christian singer-songwriter Ben Fuller gives us an intimate, acoustic performance of his new song, “Turn,” which is a stirring testimony in song. The track is featured on his new album, “Walk Through Fire,” which is available now. Watch the short clip to see and hear Ben’s powerful and moving acoustic performance of “Turn.”

As the Bible says, all have sinned and fallen well short of the glory of God. For human beings, imperfection is an impossibility. Everyone stumbles, falls, has flaws, and has made their fair share of mistakes. We’ve all done things we’re not proud of and would be embarrassed and ashamed to admit to doing.

Even though all are sinners and that sin may be great, God’s love, grace and forgiveness are greater. He can change and transform even those who would be considered the worst of the worst – someone thought by the world to be a complete and total lost cause.

“Turn” is more than just a song — it’s a piece of Ben’s redemption story. In his latest tune, Ben sings about reaching the bottom, looking for hope and comfort at the bar and the bottom of a bottle. It was at this point, at his worst, with nowhere else to go, that he turned to Jesus Christ and found the hope, love, forgiveness and future that he had been searching for.

“I wanted to turn to the bottle
I even drove past the bar
It turns out I’m not as strong as I thought
But that’s when I learned that you.”

With heartfelt lyrics and stripped-back guitar, this acoustic performance invites listeners to reflect on their moments of great change, where they turned and found the grace that so often follows. It’s a tune sure to provoke an emotional response, likely causing tears to well up in many eyes.

Isaiah 44:22 “I have put your evil doings out of my mind like a thick cloud, and your sins like a mist: come back to me; for I have taken up your cause.”

Beloved Worship Song ‘Wonderful, Merciful Savior’ Shines in Dazzling Cover

Listen to this dazzling cover of the beloved worship song ‘Wonderful, Merciful Savior.’ The talented musicians really put their hearts into this performance! This is one cover that will leave you feeling encouraged and uplifted.

‘Wonderful, merciful Savior
Precious Redeemer and Friend
Who would have thought that a Lamb could
Rescue the souls of men, oh You rescue the souls of men’

What an incredible arrangement! The piano player, known as Joslin, starts off the song. Joslin was also the one who arranged this cover and recorded and produced it in his private studios. Then a cello player named Alyson Albarran joins in. The two of them sound absolutely heavenly together!

The next musician to join in playing the hymn is a violinist named Emily Burak. As she plays along with Joslin and Alyson, the music swells and the powerful song reaches a place where it truly touches your soul. Many people online were touched by this stunning cover of ‘Wonderful, Merciful Savior.’

“Beautiful. My kind of worship music! Thanks Joslin and friends!” comments one person online after watching the video.

“Wonderful music in a marvellously beautiful arrangement - many thanks!” writes another person.

The hymn ‘Wonderful, Merciful Savior’ was written in 1989 by composer and worship leader Eric Wyse and his wife Dawn Rodgers. Eric was away on a trip, and when he returned, Dawn showed him a song that she had written during her quiet time. The melody and the first two verses and refrain were complete, and the couple worked together to finish the song.

Since the worship song came out, it has now been sung around the world in churches large and small, with translations in French, German, Hungarian, Russian, Saint Lucian Kweyol, and Spanish.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this amazing cover from these talented musicians of the hymn ‘Wonderful, Merciful Savior’ today!

Anne Wilson Opens Up About 'God Story' + Previews Her Upcoming Album

Christian country artist Anne Wilson opens up about her latest single, “God Story,” a moving anthem rooted in loss, redemption and unshakable faith. The popular and talented Christian musician also previews her upcoming album. Watch the clip to hear Anne discuss her song “God Story” and what fans can expect from her forthcoming album.

Songs are always best when they are personal and mean something to the person writing and performing them. That is certainly the case regarding Anne’s latest tune, “God Story.” In an interview with Brandon Woolum, Anne shared some thoughts and feelings that went into “God Story.”

“It’s been four years of releasing music and being in the Christian music industry and putting out stuff to the world,” she said. “I’ve done a lot of reflecting on my life as a whole, but specifically those last eight years of grief and loss and just getting to witness what God has done in my life has been incredible. And as I’ve reflected, I’ve realized that God was writing my story all along. That He was writing every single page to my story.”

Later in the clip, she mentioned her aim and hope for what listeners take away from “God Story.”

“It’s not just a personal song,” she added. “It’s an invitation to other people to look at their own life and to see God write their own story and how He has been all along.”

She did not give a specific date for the release of her next album but said it would be out “soon,” sometime later in 2025. She described it as a “coming-of-age album.”

“This year has been a really huge year for me because I turned 23, which was the age that my brother was when he passed away,” she said. “And it’s been a really hard year for me and my, like, I guess, journey of grief, ‘cause it’s just brought a lot up to the surface of missing my brother, and I guess realizing I’m going to live longer than he did, which is a very strange thought. So, a lot of the songs off of the album that I’ve written so far have come from that place.”

Anne also discussed her excitement about joining Morgan Wallen’s 2025 One Night at a Time Tour and how she’s bringing her faith to country stages across the country.

Ephesians 5:19 “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord:”
