The Washington Examiner reports that when Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh goes before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, he plans to give them calendars he has from the summer of 1982 to back up his contention that he was not at a party described by Christine Blasey Ford.

While Kavanaugh’s team admits that he could have attended a party without writing it down, they will make the argument that they certainly cast doubt on Ford’s story.

It would also further back up the statements from the other people Ford said were at that party who all claim to not have any knowledge of the party or the incident.

The calendars show Kavanaugh spent much of the summer at the beach or out of town with his parents.

They also list his basketball games, movie outings, college interviews and some parties, but with other people than those mentioned by Ford.

Kavanaugh and Ford are set to testify before the committee Thursday.
