A professor at The University of Arizona has come out with some new written guidelines for faculty.

They are to instruct their students that whenever they are offended or challenged by something that was said in the classroom, they are to say, “Ouch.”

The so-called offender is then to respond by saying, “Oops.”

The Blaze reports Jesus Trevino, the university’s vice provost for Inclusive Excellence, wrote the 20-page handbook, called “Diversity and Inclusiveness in the Classroom,” to create a (here it comes) safe space for students who wish to debate challenging topics.

Trevino is paid $214,000 a year by UofA to do this type of “work.”

Several other universities have similar “ouch/oops” policies.
