The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit upheld a Texas law requiring the display of the Judeo-Christian Ten Commandments in public classrooms. Seth is puzzled by Producer David Doll’s attire. The Justice Department Has charged the Southern Poverty Law Center (S.P.L.C.) with a number of federal financial fraud crimes.
