A federal judge has ruled that Immigration and Customs Enforcement can arrest illegal migrants on school properties.

The ruling by District Judge Daniel Domenico came after officials in Denver sued the Trump administration over President Donald Trump’s mass deportation operation led by Border Czar Tom Homan.
