I'm grateful for Mr. Banjo, my family's 14-year-old Doberman Pinscher.

After being abandoned on the streets of New York early this year, Mr. Banjo was taken in by an animal shelter. Our family adopted him and have loved him ever since. Mr. Banjo has had some health problems this year due to his age but I am grateful that he seems to be doing better now.

He has brought us love, joy and friendship and I am so glad that he's now become a member of the family!
