Man's Stunning 'How Great Thou Art' Performance Will Leave You in Awe

A man’s stunning ‘How Great Thou Art’ performance will leave you in awe! When Anthony Evans sings, it's not just a performance—it's an experience that transports you to a place of deep reverence and worship. His stunning rendition of the classic hymn ‘How Great Thou Art’ is no exception. Accompanied by a simple yet elegant piano, Anthony’s voice takes center stage, filling every corner of the room and every heart with the majesty of God's presence.

From the first note, Anthony's voice is captivating, carrying an emotional depth that reaches into the soul. As he sings, it’s as if the heavens open, inviting everyone who listens into a sacred moment of worship. His interpretation of the hymn is not just about showcasing his vocal prowess; it’s about leading others into an encounter with God, where the greatness of the Creator is felt in every word.

Over his fifteen-year professional career, Anthony has become a master of his craft, and this performance illuminates this mastery. With seven independently released albums, four videos, and over 1,000 concerts under his belt, Anthony has consistently pushed the boundaries of what it means to be an artist of faith.

Anthony’s journey is one of creative independence. After competing on Season Two of NBC's The Voice as part of “Team Christina,” he continued to forge his own path, not just as a singer but as a talent producer for the very show that helped elevate his career. His experience on The Voice allowed him to refine his skills as a performer and someone who understands the intricacies of the music business.

But it is in his music—his heart for worship—that Anthony Evans truly shines. His rendition of ‘How Great Thou Art’ is more than just a song; it is a powerful reminder of God's greatness and the beauty of surrendering our hearts in worship. In moments like these, Anthony’s voice doesn’t just reach your ears; it touches your spirit, leaving you in awe of the God he so passionately sings about.

For those who have followed Anthony’s career, this performance is a beautiful reflection of his journey—a journey marked by faith, independence, and a relentless pursuit of artistic and spiritual excellence. And for those hearing him for the first time, it’s an unforgettable introduction to an artist who truly knows how to lead others into the presence of God.

Early will I seek You - by SJ Hopestrings

A song of devotion to God.

I Can Only Imagine (Remixed)

The original lyrics to the “response” were written almost two decades ago by a group of Christian women in North Florida. Those lyrics were slightly revised for this presentation. The women who sang in this video did so during a live conference in 2018 where Frank Viola spoke in a conference. They did so after only one rehearsal. The recording isn't polished and the women aren't professional vocalists. They are ordinary sisters in Christ who greatly love the Lord. When they stood up and sang the “response,” many of the men in the audience were teary eyed. The theme of the conference was "Beautiful Pursuit." Lauren Daigle and Loren Allred lit up the America’s Got Talent stage with their beautiful “Thank God I Do” and “You Say” duet performance.

Everyone is blessed with a different set of skills and talents. For instance, some people are good public speakers, athletes or adept at working with their hands. Others may be skilled in the written word, while others have musical talent, gifted with the voice of an angel. Lauren Daigle is one of those people who has been blessed musically by the Lord.

Lauren Daigle is one of the biggest names in the Christian music scene. Her musical talent and powerful, moving lyrics about God and His love, mercy, grace and faithfulness are undeniable. Every song and album she releases quickly becomes a major hit. She has even experienced massive crossover success, with her tune “You Say” getting played extensively on pop radio.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Lauren was joined on the America’s Got Talent stage by Loren Allred. The two tremendously talented young women performed a duet, singing two of Lauren’s biggest hits: “Thank God I Do” and “You Say.”

It was a fantastic duet. Both women put their beautiful voices on full display, treating the studio audience, the show’s four judges and those watching at home to an awe-inspiring performance.

After their performance, the two women receive a standing ovation with thunderous applause.

But the show-stopping duet wasn’t all that happened.

Following their duet, Lauren gave the contestants on the show some helpful advice to take and consider through the rest of their time on the show and their careers.

“The most important thing is every person, every contestant, was made for a unique purpose,” she said. “What is that message that you’re going to bring into the world? What is it that you’re going to share? What gift are you going to be able to give? That’s the most important thing.”

Ephesians 5:19 “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.”
