Protesters from the Claremont Colleges successfully prevented conservative commentator Heather MacDonald from speaking on the Claremont McKenna College campus.

The Daily Signal reports students at the Claremont Colleges in California last week blocked entrances to the building that Mac Donald was scheduled to speak in, while chanting and yelling things such as “Black Lives Matter.”

Mac Donald, a senior fellow at the conservative think tank Manhattan Institute, was giving a speech titled “The War on Police,” referring to her 2016 book about how political talk against police makes America less safe.

MacDonald was forced to livestream her speech after protesters blocked students and professors from entering the building.
