Government watchdog Judicial Watch has issued a lawsuit to the Department of Justice seeking information about the 2016 meeting between former President Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch on her private plane here in Phoenix.
That meeting took place in secret just days before the FBI announced it would not indict former Secretary of State and Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton over her mishandling of a private email server.
Lynch claimed her meeting with the former President was simply about golf and grandchildren.
But, reports have come out since accusing the two of discussing all sorts of information.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement, “Now it will be up to Attorney General Sessions at the Trump Justice Department to finally shed some light on this subversion of justice.”
