Around 200 protestors flooded into the Heritage Foundation’s Capitol Hill headquarters on Tuesday, screaming that they were going to shut down the think tank.

The Washington Examiner reports the demonstrators said they were there to voice opposition to President Trump's budget plan. But they also chanted some vague phrases like, "water not walls."

The protest, organized by the People's Action Institute, appeared to backfire though, as Heritage was more than happy to use the event to live stream the protest, plug their own policy paper, and provide plenty of snarky comments on Twitter about the protest.
