At the same time President Trump honored military veterans in Washington on the 4th of July weekend, former President Barack Obama was warning Americans about too much patriotism.

During his speech Saturday at a Kennedy Center event Trump praised veterans from each of the U.S. military branches and highlighted his administration’s work to reform veterans’ services.

Meanwhile, The American Mirror reports Obama visited Indonesia in a series of appearances saying, “Some countries had adopted an aggressive kind of nationalism and increased resentment of minority groups,” in a speech aimed at both the US and Indonesia.

Obama called for countries to “stand up for tolerance and moderation and respect for others.”
