A Florida cop is being disciplined and the entire city police force is being made to undergo transgender sensitivity “training” because the officer actually listed a man as “male.”

LifeSiteNews reports James Brinton, issued a ticket to 48-year-old real estate agent Shelby Kendall in 2014.

Kendall is a man in all respects, but successfully had the state of Florida change his driver’s license to read “female.”

Brinton thought a computer error had been made and wrote “male” on the ticket.

That led to an internal affairs investigation and charges against Brinton for “mis-gendering” Kendall on the ticket.

Apparently, calling a man “male” is considered discriminatory hate speech.

Brinton has been officially reprimanded and the entire city police department must now undergo “sensitivity” training.
