Schiff Says Russians Promoted 2nd Amendment so Americans Would ‘Kill Each Other’

Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff suggests Russians promoted the Second Amendment during the 2016 presidential election in the hope that more Americans would kill each other.

Breitbart reports Schiff, in a speech at the University of Pennsylvania, claimed that Russians used social media during the presidential campaign in order to divide America and cause one group of Americans to oppose another.

He suggested that this included Russians promoting both Black Lives Matter and the Second Amendment.

Schiff stated, “The Russians would be thrilled if we were doing nothing but killing each other every day, and sadly we are.”

Last week, Schiff condemned the release of a Republican memo on FBI surveillance abuses without releasing a Democratic response.
