Mark and Ranae Salem have owned and operated Salem Boys Auto in Tempe, an ASE Blue Seal Shop and an ASA Gold Medallion shop since 1979. Mark is an ASE Certified Master Tech and has his L-1 rating, which is an advanced engine performance certification. His background includes 2 years each with GM, Ford and Chrysler as an arbitrator and/or technical advisor. Mark was on the board for the BBB, he is a court appointed special advocate (CASA) and has hosted radio shows across the country about car repair. Mark can fix anything, except the crack of dawn and a broken heart! His shop can do everything between an oil change and an engine replacement. And if his shop isn't the best for your repair, he'll refer you to who is.
