A Note from That Kevin

One of my favorite parts of putting together That Passport Life each week is discovering places—and people—that remind us the world is still full of wonder.

This week’s issue takes us from the rugged beauty of Lander, Wyoming, where mountain adventure begins the moment the pavement ends, to the legendary Greek island of Ithaca, where the story of Odysseus continues to inspire travelers nearly three millennia later. Closer to home, we also shine a spotlight on one of New Jersey’s true culinary treasures, Latour, where Chef Michael Latour’s remarkable farm-to-table philosophy continues to redefine fine dining.

Our podcasts are equally exciting this week. Linda Perillo has returned from Italy with fresh stories, hidden discoveries, and travel inspiration from one of our favorite destinations. Cristyne Nicholas joins us to celebrate Music City, one of New York’s hottest theatrical productions, and why it’s deserving of a spot on your must-see list.

A special thank you goes to our friends at NYC Cruises for hosting us aboard one of their vessels early last week, giving us a front-row seat to the magnificent Sail4th tall ships. Having watched those majestic vessels sail into New York Harbor only days earlier, seeing them gathered together up close was a truly unforgettable experience. My sincere thanks as well to Cristyne Nicholas and Nicholas & Lence Communications for making it all possible.

If you’ve been looking for an AI platform that’s both cutting-edge and grounded in a biblical worldview, I’m genuinely excited to introduce you to Dominion.chat. It offers many of the capabilities you’ve come to expect from today’s leading AI tools while approaching the world through a God-centered moral framework. If that sounds appealing, I’d encourage you to give it a try this week at www.Dominion.chat.

Meanwhile, over at CestSiBon.org, summer is officially on the grill. The Chef is serving up mouthwatering Tequila Lime Chicken alongside a refreshing Frozen Key Lime Pie—the perfect pairing for a July weekend with family and friends.

We’ll also be on television this weekend with another fun edition featuring plenty of sketch comedy, insightful conversations with Inez Stepman and Mark Muhkija, and the return of Anne Wilson for her fourth consecutive appearance on #NewMusicSpotlight.

Finally, I’m thrilled to share that the TEA Collective is putting the finishing touches on a brand-new full-length worship album. I cannot wait to share these songs with you, and I hope they’ll become a meaningful part of your weekend worship for years to come.

As always, thank you for traveling, listening, watching, and sharing this journey with us. We never take your friendship for granted.

Thanks for journeying with us!
-That KEVIN
