The next time you’re shopping at Walmart, better check your mood, or the store will know it.

The Daily Caller reports the retail giant is developing facial recognition technology so it can identify the shoppers who appear irritated or just generally unhappy, according to a Wall Street Journal report out Wednesday.

Walmart reportedly plans on using the biometric data that it collects to ensure that potential customers who are unhappy are quickly taken care of.

The company originally planned to use similar technology to spot shoplifters, but has since switched gears in an effort to keep customers happy and coming back.
