Welcome to the middle of July. I hope you made something French on Bastille day and enjoyed it. This week is all about the bright and fresh lime flavors that are so refreshing in summer.

Tequila lime chicken is excellent to make on a grill outside, or a grill pan inside. Make the marinade a day before, or earlier in the day, and dinner will be quick and easy when it’s time to cook.

Enjoy with a classic margarita since you’ll be juicing lots of citrus anyway. This is the best juicer to fly through juicing lots of limes and save your hands.

Then you can enjoy a piece of frozen key lime pie for dessert. It’s tart, sweet, cool, and extremely refreshing. It also needs to be made ahead, so this menu is heavier on the early prepping, but worth the payoff. When it’s time for dinner, everything will come together quickly!
