The Oak Ridge Boys' Powerful Rendition of ‘Where He Leads Me I Will Follow’

Check out this powerful rendition from The Oak Ridge Boys of the hymn ‘Where He Leads Me I Will Follow.’ The voices of The Oak Ridge Boys blend so well together, and it is so lovely to listen to them sing. This is one performance that will encourage and uplift you.

‘I can hear my Savior calling
I can hear my Savior calling
I can hear my Savior calling
"Take thy cross and follow, follow Me"’

The song ‘Where He Leads Me I Will Follow’ was written by Ernest W. Blandy, a Salvation Army officer. He wrote the song after choosing between a comfortable post at an established church and an alternate assignment to the New York City waterfront and slum called Hell’s Kitchen. He chose the latter.

Ernest decided to follow where the Lord was calling him, even if it meant putting aside what was comfortable to him, a lesson that we can all learn from. Sadly, his biography has been lost to history, and nothing else – not even his birth or death year – is known about him.

John S. Norris (1844-1907), a pastor and evangelist, wrote the music to the song.

As for The Oak Ridge Boys, they are made up of lead singer Duane Allen, bass singer Richard Sterban, tenor Joe Bonsall, and baritone William Lee Golden. The four-part harmonies and upbeat songs of The Oak Ridge Boys have spawned dozens of country hits and earned them Grammy, Dove, CMA, and ACM awards. The group has scored twelve gold, three platinum, and one double platinum album—plus one double platinum single. They have also had more than a dozen national Number One singles and over 30 Top Ten hits.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to their rendition of ‘Where He Leads Me I Will Follow’ today!

Gorgeous Duet Rendition of ‘Lily of the Valley’ You Need to Hear

Listen to this gorgeous duet of the gospel song ‘Lily of the Valley.’ The musicians in the video are a husband-and-wife team named Ben and Rose. Let their beautiful music bring you some joy and encouragement today!

‘I have found a friend in Jesus, He's ev'rything to me,
He's the fairest of ten thousand to my soul;
The ‘Lily of the Valley,’ in Him alone I see,
all I need to cleanse and make me fully whole.’

This is one lovely rendition of ‘Lily of the Valley,’ and this talented duo sounds absolutely fantastic together! The location where Ben and Rose filmed this music video is also stunning. Many people who watched the music video online praised the couple’s performance.

“Thank you for another meaningful song that blesses the soul. May God continue to bless you two, keep singing for Him!” comments one person online.

“What a beautiful gift you have given us,” writes another person. “Love your voices, they are beautiful to listen to. Keep up the beautiful work you are doing.”

As for the background of ‘Lily of the Valley,’ it was written by Charles William Fry in London for the Salvation Army. And Ira D. Sankey arranged the words to the music of ‘The Little Old Log Cabin In The Lane’, composed by Will Hays.

The term ‘Lily of the Valley’ was taken from Song of Solomon 2:1 – “I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys.” The hymn was published on December 29, 1881, and Charles Fry died the year after publishing the hymn, on August 24, 1882, in Scotland.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this beautiful rendition of ‘Lily of the Valley’ today. May the words and music encourage you and remind you of the redeeming power of Jesus.

Powerful ‘Hard Fought Hallelujah’ Cover on Star Search

One young man turned in a powerful cover performance of “Hard Fought Hallelujah” on Star Search. It was a moving rendition of the hit song from Brandon Lake and Jelly Roll. Watch the short but captivating clip to see and listen to the emotional performance of “Hard Fought Hallelujah.”

American Idol, America’s Got Talent and The Voice all remain popular despite being on television for quite some time. People continue to tune in to those programs regularly to see previously undiscovered talent and hear wondrous and moving covers of classics and all-time favorite tunes. People want to see who will change their entire lives with just one audition, one performance in front of the judges.

So, if those types of shows are popular and consistently pull in large audiences and respectable ratings regularly on other networks, why not try them elsewhere? That seems to have been the thinking of Netflix when they revived the old favorite Star Search, with Chrissy Teigen, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jelly Roll serving as the show’s judges.

The newly revived program is already producing show-stopping performances. In a clip posted on YouTube, one man, Bear Bailey, performed “Hard Fought Hallelujah.” It’s a fantastic performance of the song that is near and dear to the hearts of many. How could you not enjoy this song about enduring challenging times and having one’s faith tested, and his rendition of it?

Additionally, this performance is noteworthy for another specific reason. He took a big chance with that tune because he was singing in front of one of the song’s original singers: Jelly Roll.  The camera captured the popular musician and one of the show’s judges on his feet and singing along. It’s safe to say that the performance received his stamp of approval.

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

Natalie Grant Powerful ‘His Eye Is on the Sparrow’ Performance on The Kelly Clarkson Show

Natalie Grant turned in a powerful performance of “His Eye Is on the Sparrow” on The Kelly Clarkson Show. The legendary singer-songwriter wowed with her rendition of the beloved hymn, showcasing her immense vocal talents. Watch the short but awe-inspiring clip to see and listen to Natalie’s jaw-dropping rendition of “His Eye Is on the Sparrow.”

Life is not always an easy or even a fun experience. Anyone who has ever said life was fair was either incredibly naïve, a horrible, awful liar or downright insane. To be completely truthful, they are likely some combination of all three. That’s because, as anyone who has been alive for any significant amount of time knows well, life isn't, if ever, fair.

In fact, this experience we call life can be highly unfair and agonizingly painful. Horrible, heartbreaking situations can and do come about through no fault of our own. They can leave us feeling as if no one cares about us or our well-being, like we are being thrown out to fend for ourselves, even when we are hurting and struggling. But of course, that is not the case at all. The Bible reminds us that God cares and knows us so well that He even knows the number of hairs on our heads.

In a clip posted on social media, Natalie sings a classic hymn about how much the Lord loves and cares for us. While everyone is almost assuredly familiar with “His Eye Is on the Sparrow,” you’ve likely never heard it sung like this before. Natalie delivers a show-stopping performance of the beloved tune. It does not get much better than her performance on The Kelly Clarkson Show.

“His eye is on the sparrow
And I know He watches me
His eye is on the sparrow
And I know He watches me”

If the Lord cares about the birds of the sky that much, we can rest assured that He cares for us, and we do not go through any situation alone.

Matthew 10:29-31 “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them shall fall on the ground without your father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.”

Passion Soul-Stirring 'The Blood' Live Performance

Listen to this soul-stirring performance from Passion of the song ‘The Blood.’ The performance was recorded during Passion 2026, where more than 45,000 students gathered at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX, to unite in worship and prayer. What an amazing thing to see all of these young people praising the Lord together!

‘Everything changed, it's getting harder to recognize
The person I was before I encountered Christ
I don't walk like I used to, I don't talk like I used to
I've been washed from the inside, I've been washed from the inside out’

This massive event for 18 to 25-year-olds took months of planning, and the turnout was incredible. You can see just how passionate these young adults are as they are praising their Heavenly Father! Some of the worship leaders at Passion have shared about the prayers that happened leading up to the gathering.

“Our prayer going into Passion 2026 was Psalm 16:11, ‘You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.’ Jesus answered that prayer in a powerful way,” said Passion’s Kristian Stanfill.

“There was so much joy at Globe Life Field,” he continued. “There was dancing, singing, and delighting in God. We opened His word, letting Truth form us, and in return, we saw surrender and healing. These were supernatural, miraculous days together and we cannot wait for everyone to experience these holy moments.”

The live recordings from the Passion 2026 event will be released by Passion Music this March, and the music will show the sound of a generation hungry for God, full of worship, and eager to share the message of truth. We hope that you were encouraged by this worship performance of ‘The Blood’ today!

His burden is light
Lay down your troubles
To the Giver of Life’

What a talented band! We The Kingdom consists of multiple generations of relatives: Andrew Bergthold, Ed Cash, Franni Rae Cash, Martin Cash, and Scott Cash. And the band's name comes from the idea that "the kingdom of God is here among us."

This performance of their new song ‘Easy’ is wonderful, and the song has such a beautiful message. ‘Easy’ is part of We The Kingdom’s new album, and the band shares about how the song was created on their Facebook page. “This song was one of the first songs we wrote for the Dear Jesus album, born out of a moment of unplanned worship. For us, it became a reset. A return to simplicity and togetherness,” the band says. “It’s a song about rest, rooted in the promise that God’s burden is light and His peace is near.”

Their new album is titled Dear Jesus, and its songs are deeply personal, rooted in faith, and unafraid to wrestle with both light and darkness. It builds on the honest storytelling and musicianship that have defined We The Kingdom since their 2018 debut.

“After spending two years recording, it’s beautiful when you can tell the story of reality,” the band shares. “This record is a culmination of the beauty that came from freedom: no themes or motives, but truly authentic.”

We hope that you enjoyed listening to We The Kingdom’s new song ‘Easy’ today. May their music remind listeners to remember the healing, resurrecting, and saving power of Jesus at work in their hearts.
